About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and process orders efficiently.
Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues to find the best solutions.
Document customer interactions accurately and track call types.
Maintain support service levels and uphold Luxottica's Customer Service standards.
Follow up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability.
Handle inbound phone calls for up to 90% of your assigned shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma.
1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or call center environment.
Excellent telephone etiquette and clear, professional communication skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain composure in difficult customer situations.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Strong PC skills, including MS Office; Word and Excel.
Ability to navigate information systems and the internet.
Preferred Qualifications
Higher education degree.
Previous experience using SAP.
Experience in the optical industry with knowledge of Luxottica's products.
Bilingual in French.
