Must have E&U Domain experience
Expert Knowledge: Provide specialized insights in CSS (Customer/1), Service order and Billing.
Application Development: Design, code, test, and debug mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2 and CICS.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, business team and project managers to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Data Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security policies.
Documentation: Assist with project documentation and training materials.
Liaison: Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Knowledge Maintenance: Developing and maintaining an understanding of customer-specific business environments and service level agreements.
Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving customer problems using defined procedures and documenting troubleshooting efforts.
