  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Corporate Account Managers serving investor-owned utilities, IPPs, and generation fleets.
  • Own enterprise and fleet-level account strategies, serving as executive sponsor for key customers and driving multi-site growth programs.
  • Establish a disciplined operating rhythm across account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM rigor.
  • Lead executive-level customer engagements and value-based selling conversations tied to plant and corporate KPIs.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to convert complex opportunities into well-executed, multi-site programs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to shape market strategy, innovation priorities, and competitive positioning in the power sector.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 12+ years of experience in power generation and/or industrial water, process treatment, or solutions sales.
  • Proven people leadership experience with a track record of coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise accounts and closing complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-site deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across North America (typically 40-60%).

The expected compensation range for this position is between $163,550.00 and $239,866.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
