Your contributions will directly influence the quality and reach of creative output, making a significant difference in how the company's initiatives are perceived and experienced. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver comprehensive content creation and production projects, demonstrating proficiency across design, development, writing, production (pre-production, physical production, post-production), publishing, and operations processes. * Solve defined production problems by identifying multiple approaches and recommending creative improvements to solutions. * Drive and produce content for projects of moderate to high complexity, with a focus on a range of video projects. * Assist in bringing solutions to life through specialized craft skills in writing, design, and production. * Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clearly written pre-production plans, including identifying target audiences, schedules, and potential challenges. * Suggest diverse production styles and techniques, understanding their applications in creating digital media products. * Evaluate content to ensure alignment with creative and technical visions, conducting interviews and screenings across disciplines. * Direct nuanced or complex creative and technical changes across disciplines for optimal story development with minimal guidance. * Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, collaborators, external agencies, and other third-party resources. * Champion psychological safety within the team, encouraging inclusive decision-making, facilitating inclusive meetings, and actively mitigating biases. * Act as a diversity change agent, working to evolve processes, culture, and other barriers to inclusion. * Role model and empower inclusive behavior, providing constructive feedback on non-inclusive actions. * Exercise sound judgment and take swift action to uphold core values and codes of conduct. **Required Skills & Experience:** * Proficiency in project management skills. * Experience with content management systems. * Demonstrated analytical approach to problem-solving. * Commitment to product excellence. * Strong knowledge of digital media. * Ability to provide effective client/partner advising. * Understanding of industry knowledge relevant to creative production. * Knowledge of budgeting principles. * Familiarity with business operations and product knowledge. * Expertise in production processes and equipment. **About Aquent Talent:** Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.
