About the Role
Manager Of Financial Systems
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Manager Of Financial Systems to lead financial systems reporting, analytics, and data integration initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager Of Financial Analysis, this role is ideal for a technical and people-focused leader with deep experience in legal financial systems and reporting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team responsible for financial systems reporting and data delivery
Develop and maintain reporting solutions using PowerBI, SSRS, SQL, and Elite 3E
Translate financial metrics and KPIs into data queries and reporting tools
Design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain financial applications and integrations
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to support reporting and analytics initiatives
Develop SQL functions, stored procedures, and ETL processes for financial data management
Identify process improvements and maintain system consistency across financial platforms
Serve as a key stakeholder and decision-maker for financial systems and reporting solutions
Qualifications
3+ years of legal industry experience required
Prior experience supporting legal financial systems and reporting operations required
2+ years of management or team leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Elite 3E, PowerBI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, and SQL development
Experience with financial systems architecture, reporting, and data integration
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to manage projects and teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
