Provide personalized financial solutions for real estate investors and investment companies.
Build rapport with repeat borrowers and warm leads through ongoing communication and relationship management.
In This Role You Will:
Take inbound calls from investors interested in mortgage financing.
Follow up with existing leads via calls, emails, and texts.
Evaluate loan applications and supporting financial documentation.
Structure financing options for investment properties using DFS products.
Communicate regularly with borrowers to provide updates and guide them through the process.
Requirements:
Comfortable on the phone and motivated by closing deals.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Dependable and reliable with consistent work ethic.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools.
Energetic, persistent, and open to coaching and feedback.
