R esponsibilities : --- Lead engineering and technical execution of major capital projects from concept through startup and handover. --- Provide oversight across process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation & controls, utilities, and infrastructure disciplines. --- Manage technical interfaces with EPC contractors, licensors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. --- Develop and implement engineering standards, processes, and best practices to support project execution. --- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, quality, and process safety requirements, including HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, and MOC activities. --- Drive project integration, constructability, schedule adherence, and operational readiness. --- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and communicate project risks, status, and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications: --- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline preferred. --- 10+ years of experience delivering large capital projects within chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, energy, or other process manufacturing industries. --- Proven experience as a Project Engineering Manager, Technical Integrator, or similar leadership role on EPC projects. --- Strong understanding of FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning, startup, and operations handover. --- Knowledge of process safety management, risk-based design, and engineering standards. --- Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities. --- PE license or Chartered Engineer designation preferred. --- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
