About the Role
Position Title: Remote Civil Litigation Attorney
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled litigator to take ownership of sophisticated civil litigation matters while working alongside a highly respected and collaborative legal team. The Civil Litigation Attorney willmanage cases from initial strategy through resolution, gaining meaningful courtroom experience, leading litigation efforts, and playing a key role in achieving successful outcomes for clients. With a strong focus on real estate, construction, and complex business disputes, this role offers exposure to challenging, high-impact cases that will continue to sharpen litigation and trial skills. Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 / Year DOE
Civil Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of general civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Handle cases involving real estate and construction disputes
Take an active role in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct depositions and manage case strategy
Work closely with a shared paralegal for case support
Civil Litigation Attorney Requirements:
5+ years of experience in general civil litigation
Must have trial experience from start to finish
Barred in California
Experience with Cleo, Word, Outlook, and Slack
Civil litigation experience is required
Construction and real estate litigation experience is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish or Farsi is preferred
