About the Role

Internship Opportunity At HK Trading

HK Trading specializes in detecting, analyzing, and structuring acquisition opportunities exclusively from collective procedures. We support professional acquirers in accessing economically discounted assets, managing the legal and operational constraints specific to these contexts.

Since 2020, the global and French economic context has imposed strong structural constraints on all sectors of activity: tensions on costs, supply chain disruptions, margin pressure, and tightening financing conditions.In this context, the number of collective procedures is constantly increasing.These situations generate significant volumes of available assets, often underutilized or insufficiently visible to actors capable of taking them over and valorizing them.

HK Trading was born from this observation: the French market must have more efficient access to acquisition opportunities at price levels consistent with the current economic reality.Beyond the economic issue, this approach also responds to an evident environmental logic.The recovery and re-exploitation of existing assets fully fit into a second-hand approach: reducing waste, limiting value destruction, and optimizing already produced resources.

HK Trading intervenes exclusively on assets from collective procedures. This specialization allows for perfect mastery of deadlines, expectations of judicial trustees, and criteria for the admissibility of offers. Our role is to structure the interface between trustees and qualified acquirers, with a pragmatic approach focused on executing and securing operations.

The Missions:

1. Opportunity Management

  • Receive product sheets from collective procedures
  • Analyze key information (nature of the asset, price, deadline)
  • Classify and organize opportunities according to their validity date
  • Ensure a structured follow-up of ongoing files

2. Commercial Prospecting

  • Identify relevant prospects according to available products
  • Actively contact potential clients (phone, messages, networks)
  • Present opportunities clearly and effectively
  • Develop a regular volume of contacts

3. Sales and Negotiation

  • Qualify the needs of prospects
  • Argue and respond to objections
  • Conclude sales
  • Obtain payment in advance to secure transactions

4. Customer Follow-Up

  • Ensure follow-up of clients until finalization
  • In case of non-attribution of the asset:
  • Recontact the client
  • Propose new opportunities
  • Ensure follow-up until refund if necessary

Skills Developed:

  • Commercial prospecting techniques
  • Negotiation and closing
  • Organization and management of a portfolio of opportunities
  • Customer relations and commercial follow-up

The Profile We Are Looking For:

  • Student in BTS NDRC (1st year)
  • Dynamic, persevering, result-oriented
  • Comfortable with oral communication and contact-making
  • Independent and comfortable with remote work
  • Taste for commercial challenge

Internship Modalities:

Total duration: 8 weeks

Working hours: 35 hours/week

Hours: 09:30 – 17:00

Break: 30 minutes
