About the Role

Wholesale Account Executive

We are seeking a high energy, results driven Wholesale Account Executive to expand the reach of our wholesale brands.In this role, you will be the face of NOXX Brands to dispensaries across the region.These brands are currently sold in our stores, and the goal is to expand into all dispensaries in Michigan.Some of our brands are NOXX, Mooon Juice, Loudz, etc.The key is identifying new retail partners and nurturing existing relationships to ensure our products are front and center for consumers.

You won't just be selling cannabis, you'll be building the NOXX galaxy by providing exceptional product knowledge, strategic support, and unmatched service to our wholesale clients.The ideal candidate is a "hunter" with a passion for the industry and the professional polish to represent a premier brand.

The Wholesale Account Executive role reports to the Director of Sales and performs the following activities:

  • Business Development: Actively prospect and secure new wholesale accounts within the state to expand our brand footprint.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular onsite visits, product education, and stellar customer service.
  • Brand Advocacy: Host pop ups and vendor days at retail locations to educate both budtenders and consumers on our product lines.
  • Market Analysis: Stay light years ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, pricing, and inventory needs within your territory.
  • Sales Strategy: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide accurate forecasting to the production team.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and transfers are conducted in strict accordance with state specific cannabis regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the processing and distribution teams to ensure seamless delivery and fulfillment.

The Wholesale Account Executive role requires the following qualifications except where indicated:

  • Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience, Cannabis, CPG, or Alcohol, Tobacco experience highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to "pitch" to owners and inventory managers.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, and industry platforms like Leaflink.
  • Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for frequent travel to dispensary locations.
  • Compliance: Must be over the age of 21 and able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
  • Attributes: Self motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast paced, "stellar" environment.

Work Location: Remote / Field-Based with frequent travel within territory required.
