We do this through a web application focused on automating the administration of their business. Today, more than 1,300 companies in Chile and Mexico use Chipax to have their business under control and without errors.
This 2021 we are expanding to Mexico and we have the great and beautiful challenge of conquering all of Latin America.
As a Product Manager, you will be a key player for SMEs and Chipax to have an increasingly close relationship. How willwe achieve this? Through the design and launch of viable digital solutions that you will help us manage. In this way, you will be part of the story that helps transform the way more than 1/2 million SMEs manage their finances.
Your mission will be to lead the squad's efforts to find out what are the pains that have SMEs worried in the management of their finances. Within your first year with us, you will prioritize, design, and launch - at least - 01 digital solution that gives them financial peace of mind.
You will be recognized as a great Product Manager if you achieve:
- Take ownership of the relationship with SMEs, to identify their main problems and then generate - together with the team - collective ideas. Ideas that you will then transform into efficient digital solutions centered on people.
- Make decisions that really have an impact, because you constantly measure and iterate the experiments you perform to accelerate the growth of your project.

No matter if you have not been a Product Manager before (it would be a plus if you have been, but that should not limit you from applying). What we do care about and what we think is important for you to be successful in the role is that:
- You have had experience working in the finance sector or fintech industry. You have worked in a role related to the finance sector. Preferably, you have been part of the risk management area or the financing area.
- You like and it is easy for you to connect with people. You stand out for being an empathetic person. You have a great ability to understand the needs, feelings, and problems of others. You understand the importance of designing person-centered solutions, and you know what we mean when we say that we value "our users first".
- You are a person who stands out for being a problem-solver and having critical thinking. You are good at understanding problems, solving them, and proposing solutions. You are "recursive", you evaluate trade-offs innately and you like to learn tools to approach the process faster. Above all, you have had experience analyzing and solving problems with the use of technology.
- You are a person who adapts well to change. You know how to navigate uncertainty, you are flexible when you have to introduce changes but you always keep as a priority to ensure good results in the projects you face. You have the ability to adapt with skill and dynamism in situations where priorities change; but above all, you seek to generate value continuously, collaborating as a team and proposing more efficient and effective solutions each time.
- You make decisions based on data. In your projects, you always do everything possible to understand the numbers and use them to tell the story. You go beyond the mere observation of seeing numbers, but you use them proactively to make recommendations and make more informed decisions.

The selection process consists of 3 stages:
- Phone Screen: We will talk for 30 minutes via video call to get to know each other (basically find out if you are a nice and intelligent person, and you validate the same from us).
- The Challenge: We expect you to lead this stage of the process. It will be a 70-minute interview with the founder team, here we expect you to solve real-world exercises that allow us to know how you think about problems that appear in a given environment. It will be the moment to test your critical and analytical capacity in the identification of problems.
- Executive Interview: A broad interview with your squad so that everyone gets to know you (it's cool to get to know us a little before). Here we ask you to tell something cool about yourself in 5 minutes. You can bring slides, photos, your dog, your new katana, or well, whatever you want
