Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and NodeJS, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features that enhance customer engagement.
Utilize TypeScript for building robust applications while adhering to best coding practices.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS and GCP, ensuring high availability and security.
Conduct thorough testing using tools like Vitest, Jest, and Playwright to ensure quality deliverables.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to elevate overall code quality.
Ideal Candidate Background
5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on mobile engineering.
Proficiency in React, NodeJS, TypeScript, and cloud services such as AWS and GCP.
Experience with testing frameworks like Vitest, Jest, and Playwright.
Familiarity with React Native for mobile application development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their integration into applications.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in fast-paced development environments.
Previous experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
Compensation and Benefits
