Our ambition at Ignition Program is to make a lasting and useful contribution to the world of work. To do this, we offer our clients HR services ranging from recruitment to training (management, non-violent communication, etc.) as well as support in HR structuring (values workshops, seminars, coaching, mentoring, etc.) to strengthen the alignment of individuals and organizations.
Our raison d'être is encapsulated in a word (invented for the occasion!): fairfillement (inspired by the English word "fulfillment", which means fulfillment, achievement). This word describes the necessary balance between professional fulfillment and a sense of usefulness. Because we firmly believe that one cannot exist without the other. We consider them to be the pillars of a healthy and sustainable performance of organizations.
We have trained 1,500 managers, accompanied 3,500 companies, and supported 10,000 talents since our creation in 2013. And since June 2024, Ignition Program is a Certified B Corp.

To contribute to this, we support companies 360° on their HR challenges:
- Recruitment of aligned talents
- Training in management and soft skills (CNV, leadership, etc.)
- Custom HR structuring (values, seminars, coaching…)
Since 2013, we have accompanied 3,500 companies, trained 1,500 managers, and supported 10,000 talents. And since June 2024, we are B Corp: a symbolic milestone that reflects our commitment to sustainable impact.
The Missions
You will lead your end-to-end recruitment missions independently, with the goal of closing demanding recruitments in less than 2 months.
Your Daily Missions
- Lead client kick-offs: framing the need, understanding the business model, culture, and managerial expectations
- Build an effective sourcing strategy (job boards, LinkedIn hunting, cooptation, etc.)
- Conduct thorough and demanding interviews with candidates
- Challenge the needs and practices of your clients when necessary
- Organize regular steering committees with your client to refine the search strategy
- Coordinate the next steps: shortlists, interviews, client and candidate follow-up
- Ensure the quality of the candidate experience and the quality of the client relationship
- Create a genuine relationship of trust with your candidates, supporting them through their process, from the first interview to closing
Profile Sought
What we are looking for above all: an experienced and autonomous recruiter, already freelance, capable of taking over recruitment missions from A to Z, in a logic of exigency and impact.
What You Master:
- You are already freelance or independent, comfortable managing missions independently.
- You have 3/4 years minimum experience in recruitment, in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growing SME environment.
- You are able to frame a client need, challenge a brief, advise a manager on their recruitments.
- You know how to close recruitments from end to end: from the definition of the position to the signing of the candidate, with a true culture of results.
