The Director of Key Accounts owns Eastroc's direct retailer outreach, strategic account architecture, new item meeting participation, and retailer-to-distributor alignment. This role exists to build retailer demand directly rather than relying only on distributor-mediated access. The position will help Eastroc map chain opportunities to distributor footprints and establish the future RAM / KAM structure as retail density grows.
