About the Role

Director of Microsoft Channel

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Director of Microsoft Channel within our Corporate Payments division.This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in the United States (Remote).In this role, you will be responsiblefor leading Corpay's Microsoft channel strategy, developing and managing relationships with Microsoft and Microsoft ERP partners, signing new VAR partners, and driving incremental revenue growth through the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will report directly to the Vice President of Channel Sales and regularly collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Partner Success teams.

As a Director of Microsoft Channel, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Company-issued equipment

  • Ongoing product, partner, and sales enablement training

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Managing strategic relationships with Microsoft headquarters and Microsoft partner organizations
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of Microsoft VAR and ERP partners
  • Driving lead generation and revenue growth through Microsoft direct and partner channels
  • Presenting Corpay solutions and articulating value propositions to prospective partners
  • Tracking partner and sales pipeline activity within Salesforce.com
  • Collaborating with Marketing to develop partner-facing content, training materials, and sales enablement resources
  • Leading channel strategy and execution for key Microsoft industry events and conferences
  • Negotiating, executing, and maintaining partner agreements
  • Supporting partner onboarding, training, and joint sales efforts
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitive activity, and developments within the corporate payments space
  • Identifying competitive threats and positioning Corpay solutions effectively within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Providing leadership with monthly and quarterly reporting on partner performance, pipeline activity, and revenue metrics

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of consultative sales, channel sales, business development, or partner management experience
  • Corporate payments, fintech, AP automation, commercial card, or B2B payments experience preferred
  • Experience building and managing strategic partner relationships
  • Experience selling and presenting to executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite leaders
  • Proven success achieving and exceeding revenue and business development goals
  • Strong Salesforce.com pipeline management experience
  • Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%–50%

Pay Transparency:

The expected salary range for this position is $145,000 - $155,000, based on the candidate's work location.This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions.Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process.

Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided.
