This is a high-impactperformance marketing leadership role focused on scaling video-driven acquisition across major paid social and video platforms.You will own end-to-end performance strategy and execution for high-growth, lead-generation verticals, starting with insurance and expanding across additional categories over time.Acting as both a hands-on operator and strategic leader, you will manage campaign performance, P&L accountability, creative testing, and audience strategy while directly optimizing in-platform execution.
The role requires deep expertise in video-first growth channels such as YouTube and other major paid media ecosystems, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes like ROAS, lead quality, and call volume.You will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and business stakeholders to build scalable systems and repeatable growth playbooks.This is a fast-paced, data-driven environment where ownership, speed, and performance excellence define success.
Accountabilities:
- Own full P&L performance for performance video campaigns, ensuring delivery against ROAS, growth, and margin targets across insurance verticals and beyond.
- Manage and optimize in-platform execution within Google Ads/YouTube, including campaign structure, bidding strategy, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and conversion tracking.
- Design and execute creative testing strategies, aligning messaging, hooks, and funnel stages with audience intent and platform dynamics.
- Scale multi-vertical campaigns across insurance (auto, home, health, ACA, Medicare) and expand into additional lead-generation categories over time.
- Drive both lead and inbound call performance, optimizing for lead quality, conversion rates, advertiser feedback, and downstream revenue impact.
- Build and refine performance reporting systems, ensuring clear visibility into KPIs such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA, and call quality metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, sales, and product teams to align strategy and accelerate growth outcomes.
- Develop scalable playbooks, frameworks, and testing methodologies to systematize video campaign growth across channels.
- Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations clearly and consistently to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Continuously identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and expansion across emerging video platforms.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, or growth marketing roles with significant ownership of revenue outcomes.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience scaling YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or other video-first paid media channels with large-scale budgets ($20M+ annually preferred).
- Proven success in lead generation environments such as insurance, financial services, affiliate marketing, or call-based acquisition models.
- Deep expertise in in-platform execution, including campaign architecture, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Strong understanding of performance video creative strategy, including hooks, storytelling, funnel alignment, and platform-specific best practices.
- Experience managing multi-vertical media buying with the ability to adapt strategy across distinct customer journeys and monetization models.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics) and advanced Excel/Sheets.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership with accountability for profitability, ROAS, and scalable growth performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong prioritization and execution discipline.
