You will be working for our client, a US-based AI technology company that is building specialized AI agents designed to handle complex, domain-specific work. Focused on financial applications, they develop simulation environments that train agents to perform real-world tasks like financial modeling, LBO analysis, and DCF modeling. They work with frontier AI labs and enterprise clients to push the boundaries of what AI can do in professional settings.

In Your Day-to-Day, You Will

• Build financial models from scratch across a range of use cases including private credit, real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, and more
• Review and improve models built by other finance experts, identifying weak assumptions, broken logic, and missing schedules
• Create realistic finance scenarios, assumptions, and supporting source materials
• Build detailed revenue, cost, working capital, capex, debt, covenant, valuation, and scenario schedules
• Work with messy or incomplete source materials and structure them into clear, defensible analysis
• Explain modeling choices clearly and defend the logic behind your work

Skills You Have

• 2 to 8+ years of experience in finance, covering areas such as private credit, real estate, private equity, corporate finance, investment banking, or similar
• Proven ability to build financial models from scratch, not just fill in templates
• Advanced Excel modeling skills
• Expert-level understanding of core finance concepts including cash flow, valuation, leverage, liquidity, and capital structure
• Ability to work independently with ambiguous or incomplete information
• Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal English

Skills That Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience in debt, credit, restructuring, commercial real estate, asset-backed securities, or structured finance
• Experience creating or reviewing modeling tests, case studies, or training materials
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or data workflows
