Job Title

Pay Rate: $57/hr

Work Mode: 100% Remote

Summary:

Lead configuration, integration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Commerce integrated with F&O Finance & Supply Chain for global operations (USA & India).

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for omnichannel Commerce.
• Configure D365 Commerce (storefronts, POS, catalogs, promotions, loyalty, B2B).
• Integrate Commerce with F&O, Power Platform, and third-party systems (APIs, dual-write).
• Manage tax compliance (US sales tax, GST, e-invoicing) and financial setups.
• Drive data migration, UAT, performance testing, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with tech teams, support pre-sales, and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years total experience; minimum 5 years in D365 Commerce & F&O integration.
• Completed 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience in omnichannel retail (POS, e-commerce, B2B portals).
• Worked with USA/India clients in high-volume environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong in Commerce HQ, F&O (sales/inventory/finance), Power BI.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash, pricing, promotions, call center processes.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
