Job Title: Supplier Risk Business Analyst
Location(s): White plains, NY
Project Overview
This role will support the Supplier Relationship Management third party risk program.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
Support SRM team in identifying suppliers not in Ariba Risk system
Monitor all suppliers in client Ariba Risk module, identify and report any risks associated with active suppliers
Support the implementation of the enterprise-wide Third Party Risk Management Program
Track and report status of active supplier-related claims
Support supply chain inquiries associated with Freedom of Information Law (FOIL)
Support the gathering of data from Vendors for NERC compliance requests
Provide weekly reports of supply chain risks and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate/resolve the risks.
Tracking and updating while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity Assist team with stakeholder communications
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint Strong analytical problem-solving skills Competence in collecting and analyzing data Ability to work within cross-functional teams and work groups PowerPoint/Visio skills - Visual Data depiction experience - Tableau/Excel/MS Office experience
Education & Certifications
Bachelors Degree.
