About the Role

Junior Business Developer / Recruiter

We are looking for a versatile Junior Business Developer & Recruiter to help drive client acquisition, manage recruitment processes, and foster relationships with both clients and candidates. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and recruitment who is ready to develop their career within the dynamic recruitment industry. You'll receive full training and gain practical experience in business development and full-cycle recruitment, all while collaborating with a supportive and engaging team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, presenting tailored recruitment solutions
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify additional opportunities for collaboration
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to client needs
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and talent insights
  • Attend networking events and meetings to promote TalentCloud Group and expand professional connections
  • Collaborate with the TalentCloud team to deliver top-notch services and achieve business goals

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and organized approach
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in both business development and recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluency in German and/or French is a plus
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
