Director, Game Operations

What You'll Do
Foster a collaborative culture that promotes professional growth and operational excellence
Establish, document, and enforce production best practices and workflows for live sports broadcasting
Provide strategic oversight of on-air graphic presentation and production workflows
Serve as backup producer/director when operational needs require
Coordinate crew assignments and resource planning across production, technical, and operations teams
Partner directly with team representatives to integrate franchise feedback and guidelines into broadcasts
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain game production budgets while monitoring spend and resource allocation
Lead, mentor, and develop our game producers and directors through regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
BA/BS degree in business management or related field; or equivalent work experience
Generally, 10+ years of live television experience with a significant focus on sports production
Deep understanding of sports production workflows and live-broadcast operations
Ability to travel up to 30%
What You'll Bring
Proven leadership abilities with clear, effective communication skills
Flexibility to travel to events and work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
Previous supervisory experience leading producers and directors preferred
Experience with broadcast graphics and production systems preferred
Background in managing budgets and leading cross-functional production teams preferred
