Onin Staffing is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Forklift Operators. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a vital role in our shipping and receiving operations.
What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator:
Work Experience Education and/or Experience: High School or equivalent training and/or at least 6 months of related experience preferred Requirements/Skills: Ability to speak English Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions Ability to estimate speed of moving objects Ability to count and use simple addition and subtraction Ability to operate industrial equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks Ability to contact with other departments or people outside of the mail terminal on routine affairs, exchanging necessary information on a service or cooperative basis Physical Demands: Ability to walk, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds (additional weight may be required with assistance) Ability to work in a warehouse environment with cold, hot, and changing temperatures, medium noise levels, dust, dirt, and changes in lighting
