About the Role

Digital Marketing Analyst

NEOGEN Digital Marketing Analyst support our LATAM digital marketing team. The responsibilities will include social media management for our LATAM accounts, it is Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram; execute campaign strategies and create marketing digital assets as email templates, forms, and landing pages on Eloqua (marketing automation), SEO, website optimization and maintenance. This role will also be responsible for assign new leads to sales representat on Salesforce CRM; collect and analyze data from social media, google and Eloqua for digital reports.

The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for creating and developing content for forms, landing pages, and email templates within Eloqua, supporting website design, development, and planning, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role manages lead generation and lead routing processes, supports content ecosystem administration through platforms such as Bynder and Seismic, and monitors marketing KPIs and campaign performance to optimize results.

The position requires maintaining consistency and compliance with brand guidelines, messaging, and approved materials, using only content validated by marketing, technical, and legal stakeholders to ensure traceability and compliance. The incumbent is also responsible for keeping Quality Management System (QMS) documentation up to date, contributing to preventive actions and continuous process improvements, and maintaining an organized and compliant work environment.

In alignment with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, the employee is expected to use all applicable personal and collective protective equipment, maintain an appropriate workstation, take active breaks, and manage workloads to support personal health and performance.

The successful candidate demonstrates and embodies Neogen's Pillars of Trust—Openness, Honesty, Credibility, Respect, and Service—through all actions, behaviors, and communications. They communicate effectively, actively listen, lead by example, foster teamwork and trust, make timely decisions, solve problems efficiently, and drive performance through accountability, productivity, and innovation. Qualifications include a college degree, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with at least one year of relevant experience (two years preferred). Candidates should possess knowledge of marketing principles, Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms, with experience in Eloqua and Salesforce preferred. Additional expertise in digital marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, UX/UI design, SEO, SEM, marketing analytics, business intelligence tools, and reporting is highly desirable. An intermediate to advanced level of English is required.
