About the Role
PSS Business Analyst Chicago, IL (Hybrid 2 Days in a week) 6+ months Web Cam Interview
$75/hr w2
MUST have experience with PSS = Passenger Service Systems in an Airline organization or with Sabre.

What is the length of the assignment:
This will run the same assignment length as our other BA roles.
We currently have it through end April 2025 with potential to continue if the performance and quality are meeting expectations.
Top 5 Skill sets :
Experience in Agile methodology including writing of technical user stories and acceptance criteria
Proficiency in Azure DevOps ADO or equivalent tools
Translating data models and process models into user stories and acceptance criteria
Proactively identifying and documenting gaps in requirements
Process modeling and analysis business and technical
Nice to have skills or certifications:
.NET and AWS stack experience
Developer experience
Knowledge/expertise of airline PSS systems functionality and industry standards
Note:
Preferred Hours of work: 8-5pm.
Expected to be in office 2 days a week at Willis Work
Locations: Hybrid - Remote and Expected to be in office 2 days a week at Willis
Will this person have to travel?
Possibly about 10 when required.
Will they be reimbursed for travel? Yes but will advise in advance on a case by case basis based on the circumstances of each case.
Interview Process: It will be the manager and the product team
Will it be via video or in person? Video How many interviews do you anticipate? 1-2 or more. 2 but possibly 1 based on panel availability.
Will the candidates need to provide portfolios :
Any sample detailed requirements documents story samples or process/workflow samples would be helpful.
We recognize that they may need to be anonymized/redacted for proprietary purposes.
Contract to Hire: It is not out of the question down the road but would not be in the near term.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: -
Lead meetings with project technical leads to document process flows user stories and acceptance criteria
Process modeling and analysis business and technical
Translating data models into user stories and acceptance criteria
Proactively identifying and documenting gaps in requirements
Prepare other technical documentation as needed Preferred not required:
.NET and AWS stack experience
Developer experience
Knowledge/expertise of airline PSS systems functionality and industry standards
Required qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
Five or more years of IT experience or any equivalent combination of experience education and/or training
Experience in Agile methodology including writing of technical user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience using Microsoft Office tools including Word Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in Azure DevOps ADO or equivalent tools
Excellent technical documentation and attention to detail
Reliable punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
