About the Role

Job Title: VP of Growth Marketing
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
ARMRA Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am-6 pm EST

About ARMRA: ARMRA® was born from a near-fatal health crisis that forced its Founder & CEO, Dr. Sarah Rahal, to uncover what modern life has stolen. As a pediatric neurologist, she turned to exhaustive research and ancient wisdom to find a solution-not just for herself, but for the growing health crisis affecting us all. Your body isn't broken-it's brilliantly designed for strength, resilience, and vitality. But the modern world scrambles the signal, disconnecting you from the intelligence encoded within. ARMRA Colostrum™ is nature's original blueprint with 400+ bioactive nutrients that restore what modern life strips away. It works at the cellular level to remind your body of its original code and reawaken its innate intelligence-so you can reclaim your birthright to thrive.

Who We Are
  • Builders, not passengers - We take ownership, thrive on momentum, and embrace challenges.
  • Resilient and resourceful - We find a way forward, even when the answer isn't obvious.
  • Mission-driven - We believe in what we're building and are passionate about making an impact.
  • Direct and constructive - Feedback is a gift, and we embrace it in order to grow.
Who We Are Not
  • Performative - We don't play games, manipulate optics, or curate an image for external approval.
  • Entitled - We don't expect rewards without contribution.
  • Clock punchers - We don't attract those looking for just a "job"; we seek individuals who want to build careers, take ownership, and find joy in their work every day.
The Role: We are looking for a data-driven and strategic VP of Growth Marketing with a strong track record in DTC & CPG to join our team. This role will be responsible for the growth of this sales channel, designing and driving forward the strategy to maximize the performance of armra.com. Leveraging your robust digital performance experience, you will own customer acquisition and performance marketing channels, including paid marketing (paid social, paid search, affiliate, etc.), as well as TV, podcast and other acquisition channels.

Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership
  • Own all revenue-driving initiatives across acquisition, retention, and eCommerce performance.
  • Develop and execute a holistic growth strategy that scales revenue in a cost-efficient, brand-enhancing way.
  • Drive customer growth through full-funnel planning, from awareness to conversion to loyalty.
  • Build and manage monthly revenue forecasts, budgets, and KPIs, with a focus on performance and predictability.
Acquisition & Paid Media Leadership
  • Lead and scale multi-channel media strategy across paid social, paid search, podcast, affiliate, TV, DM, OOH and emerging channels.
  • Partner with the creative and brand teams to test and optimize high-performing content, messaging, and audience segmentation to drive TAM.
  • Own TTF planning and MMM strategy to guide channel mix and budget allocations.
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly optimization of campaigns to hit aggressive revenue and CAC targets.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of growth marketers and channel owners.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture grounded in data, velocity, and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align growth goals with brand, creative, community, product, and customer experience strategies.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in DTC & CPG, and has played a key role in scaling a brand.
  • Experience with subscription-focused growth.
  • Analytically minded, and comfortable leveraging data to make decisions, and comfortable using quantitative capabilities
  • Able to think beyond paid media to drive growth, deep understanding of brand, CAC to LTV as core KPI
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Able to balance the creative art and analytical science of brand-building
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture that emphasizes autonomy, passion for the brand and an immense drive to grow the Company and achieve results
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, usability principles, and information architecture
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organization and teamwork skills
  • Detail and deadline-oriented

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, ancestry, sex, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or other characteristics.
