About the Role

HRIS Intern

We are seeking an HRIS intern reporting in the Head of HRIS and Operations.

Responsibilities include design, configure and implement reports and dashboards; run reports, analyze and manipulate data using advanced skills like look ups, formulas, and visualizations; investigateand work with teams to resolve technical issues related to HCM technology and other HR applications; understanding HR and payroll data findings and give insights to the team leaders; create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices; identify opportunities for process enhancements and work with management to implement changes that optimize integration workflows and improve user experience.
