About the Role
The Scope of work that we expect the SME to cover is as follows:
Implement Rubrik security best practices, ex. 2FA, Active Directory integration, retention lock, NTP, IP whitelisting, restrict API access, implement RBAC, quorum authorization, enable logging and monitoring, etc.
Review and update firmware and software
Design and configure SLA backup policies. Enable immutable backups.
Validate backups and restores of each workload type are successful. VMs, NAS and Database.
Configure and test Rubrik Cloud Vault (RCV-B) for long term retentions.
Test and validate Disaster Recovery Procedures and workflows.
Enable and configure Enterprise Edition feature sets, like anomaly detection and threat hunting.
Work with MB team to create and validate DR/CR restore workflows.
Establish procedures and knowledge transfer for end client staff.
