About the Role

Job Description W-2 Contract Duration - 6 Months Location - Boston, MA 02210 Pay Range - $30 to $36/hour Job Description: Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our client's Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension or conversion.This individual will be heavily involved in the candidate interview scheduling process, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring teams, and their recruitment partners from interview request until an employee's first day.

Primary Responsibilities • Schedule candidate interviews, candidate panels, and debrief calls to meet the hiring needs of the business • Act as a main point of contact for the candidate and interviewers throughout the interview scheduling process • Utilize Outlook calendars to ensure availability and/or room space for virtual or on-site interviews • Responsible for candidate experience through the recruitment process from interview to first day, including timely communication with interviewed candidates • Serve as point of contact for all new hires from offer accepted until start date; provide information, communication, and a positive onboarding experience for all incoming employees • Remain agile as schedules and priorities shift during the interview process • Provide support for onboarding within HR systems and data entry, data accuracy, and maintaining employee personnel files as needed • Support logistics of day one coordination including travel management and onboarding room reservations as needed Education and Required Skills • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required • 1-2+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced setting • Demonstrated ability with technology and effectively communicating with stakeholders • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential or sensitive information • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (i.e.
