The District Manager provides leadership, operational guidance, and strategic direction to multiple Popeyes locations within the assigned district. This position ensures operational excellence, drives sales performance, and develops high-performing management teams that deliver exceptional guestexperiences and uphold the Popeyes brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of 4-7 restaurant locations, ensuring consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers to build strong, capable teams focused on operational success.
• Analyze financial reports, identify performance gaps, and implement action plans to drive profitability, improve cost control, and manage P&L performance.
• Partner with HR and Training teams to ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety standards.
• Foster a guest-first culture by promoting exceptional service, food quality, and cleanliness across all locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, coach managers, and reinforce company culture and values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (HR, Marketing, Facilities, and Training) to support new initiatives, remodels, and new restaurant openings.
• Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and recognition.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in the QSR or fast-casual restaurant industry (Popeyes or similar brand experience preferred).
• Proven track record of managing multiple locations with responsibility for P&L, people development, and operational results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned district; valid driver's license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
