Solenis is a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree.For additional information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com or follow us on social media.We're looking for a Corporate Account Executive to join our Industrial Water Treatment team!As a Corporate Account Executive, it is your responsibility to nurture growth with key mining customers across North America.In this role, you'll blend strategic thinking, relationship building, and cross-functional partnership to help our customers advance water stewardship, operational reliability, and sustainability goals-while expanding Solenis' impact.What You'll Do

  • Lead multi-year account strategies and guide a focused growth plan for each customer.
  • Build trusted relationships across customer organizations and understand decision paths.
  • Connect customer priorities to tailored Solenis solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Partner closely with technical, digital, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support customer reviews, communicate progress, and nurture long-term partnership health.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to help shape internal strategy and innovation.
  • Manage direct report(s) at a Corporate Account Manager level
What Success Looks Like
  • Account growth in revenue, profit, and program scope
  • Strong, well-qualified pipeline and reliable forecasting
  • Clear, measurable customer value delivered
  • High customer satisfaction and consistent renewals
  • Effective implementation of trials and programs
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in mining, water treatment, chemicals, or related fields
  • Proven success selling into complex, multi-site enterprises
  • Strength in collaborative leadership and working across matrixed teams
  • Comfort engaging with executives and connecting operations to enterprise value
  • Willingness to travel 20-40% depending on location
  • Experience in mine water, tailings, or mineral processing
  • Familiarity with ROI/TCO modeling and digital monitoring tools

The expected compensation range for this position is between $160,700.00 and $267,800.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
