Qualifications and job requirements include 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles within enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services, demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following areas: organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market execution, proven track record of building structured, evidence-based arguments, hands-on experience building functional AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes, ability to rapidly scope and build a working proof of concept, comfort and capability working autonomously, strong diagnostic mindset, deep accountability to actual outcomes and measurable impact, bias toward early proof, and ability to operate effectively in a forward-deployed capacity.
