About the Role

Simplon Training Program

Simplon's mission is to make digital skills and professions accessible to everyone to meet the needs of today's and tomorrow's economy.

Present in France and internationally through 120 campuses, Simplon has trained more than 40,000 people since its creation in 2013. Train in tech, simply, with Simplon!

You will work within a program aimed at HR professionals (recruitment, talent development, personnel administration), to help them in the practical appropriation of artificial intelligence in their business practices.

This training also helps to integrate ethical and regulatory issues to quickly deploy operational use cases.

In this role, your main duties will be:

Prepare the training and ensure an inclusive pedagogical framework

  • Adapt and enrich the pedagogical content around AI applied to HR (prompting, NLP, HR use cases)
  • Design and conduct practical workshops (augmented writing, creation of HR assistants, analysis of legal documents)
  • Ensure a supportive environment promoting acclimatization to AI, especially for non-technical audiences
  • Participate in the selection of learners and evaluate their level

Conduct interactive sessions blending theory, workshops, and practical situations:

  • HR process diagnostics
  • Prompting workshops (inclusive job offers, interview guides)
  • Simulations of social dialogue (presentation in front of a fictional CSE)
  • Awareness of AI ethics issues (algorithmic biases and non-discrimination; data protection)
  • Training on managing human and organizational impacts (fears, adoption, transformation of jobs)

Evaluate and value the increase in skills

  • Monitor the progress of learners and evaluate their outputs
  • Provide individualized feedback
  • Help formalize a roadmap for implementation in the company (quick wins)

You have 3 to 4 years of minimum experience on AI-related projects, as a Consultant/AI Expert; PO/PM.

You are comfortable collaborating with technical and/or business teams, and you have a solid understanding of business issues and operational processes.

  • Good mastery of generative AI uses (prompting, conversational assistants, NLP) & automation
  • Concrete experience with AI use cases in HR (recruitment, GPEC, legal HR, etc.)
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for a non-expert audience
  • Experience in conducting collaborative workshops
  • Knowledge of regulatory and ethical issues related to AI (GDPR, biases, governance)
  • Contract Type: Freelance
  • Hourly Rate: 500€
  • Duration: 1 day / Remote format
