Job Role
Ensures the good management of its client portfolio (organization, actors, culture, economic environment, trades, risks, needs, relations with our competitors and the market)
Analyzes development opportunities in its portfolio and prepares its annual commercial action plan within the framework of the objectives that have been set for it
Identifies and analyzes the vulnerability of its portfolio and defines the warning signals and ensures their good follow-up
Communicates with the production team after the client visit (transmission of the report…)
Collects and reformulates the needs of its client by recommending a solution (consulting approach)
Participates in the negotiation or negotiates placements with insurers
Presents the commercial proposal and values it to the client
Alerts its client on legal developments that may have an impact on contracts
Organizes and animates the annual review and perspective of its most important clients
Manages the profitability of the client account
Ensures the quality of the commercial relationship and the respect of the commitments made to the client or the prospect
Implements the actions that allow its client to saturate
In the context of calls for tenders, receives the specification book and makes the commercial proposal in consultation with the production team
Requirements
Recognized experience of 3 years minimum in the commercialization of insurance solutions
Required level of education: Bac + 2 in Insurance, Banking, Finance, Management.
Sense of sales and customer service
Ability to work independently and achieve the set objectives
Technical knowledge of non-life insurance and pension products
Good mastery of IT tools
