• ServiceNow ITAM/SAM experience (asset tracking, workflows, reporting)
• Familiarity with software licensing terms and compliance requirements
• Exposure to procurement, finance, or vendor management
• Experience with global software license operations

Day-to-Day

• Maintain software inventory, entitlements, renewal dates, and lifecycle data
• Monitor license consumption and support compliance/audit readiness
• Consolidate vendor contracts and align renewal schedules
• Validate data from global Business Units and update centralized ITAM systems
• Prepare structured reporting on renewal risks, compliance exposure, and optimization opportunities
• Participate in global meetings and collaborate across regions with cultural awareness
