The apprentice of merchandising supports the execution of product display and organization strategies at the point of sale, ensuring that the brand is well presented and aligned with commercial guidelines.
The objective is to learn the merchandising processes in practice, developing notions of strategic display, relationship with the store and execution in retail. And of course, prepare them for future roles as promoters.
