Associate Finance and Business Operations Manager | Lockheed Martin

The role reports directly to the F 35 Training Development Sub Market Segment Finance and Business Operations Manager and is accountable for the day to day business management functions of the F 35 Training & Logistics Development portfolio (annual revenue ≈ $250 M). This role leads, mentors, and develops a team of five to six early career finance professionals and will contribute to overall lead responsibilities of Development portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Interfacing with senior leadership across TLS, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, and functional program managers.
  • Coordinating cross functional actions and delivering effective solutions.
  • Implementing 1LMX processes and procedures, supporting audit activities, and establishing new program baselines and cost estimates.
  • Managing Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and ensuring accurate internal OSEC (Orders Sales EBIT Cash) reporting.

Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
