Job Role
In the context of a new position, working in tandem with the payroll manager, ADP and SIRH, within the framework of outsourced payroll (800 payroll slips per month), you will be the primary contact on GTA issues:
- Serve as the administrator of GTA and SIRH within the HR department: handling anomalies, operational support, technical support to users, development of new functionalities after receipt.
- Participate in the optimization of HR processes via GTA and SIRH.
- Develop GTA topics
- Develop payroll topics
- Participate and ensure the follow-up of the entire payroll process in collaboration with the payroll manager and personnel administration and the external firm.
- Ensure the variable elements of payroll (absences, stops, expense notes...).
- Be the contact for human resources managers regarding post-payroll (providing support after the distribution of payroll slips to employees).
- Manage mutual and insurance files.
- Carry out annual declarations to occupational health services, in collaboration with human resources managers.
- Assist the payroll manager and personnel administration on ongoing topics.
Required Profile
- Successful experience of at least 5 years in payroll management, including payroll production and control. Proficiency in payroll tools, GTA and SIRH (receipt, testing, stabilization). SILAE - KELIO. Team-oriented work. Familiar with working with diverse populations in a 24/7 multi-site operation.
