We are looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to join Harper James. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing client base ranging from ambitious start-ups and scale-ups to established national and international businesses operating at the forefront of their sectors.
You will join a highly experienced transactional Corporate team within a modern, tech-enabled law firm, working on a wide variety of corporate matters while benefiting from the support and collaboration of a strong national team.
You will advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, supporting businesses through key stages of growth, investment and strategic development. You will manage transactions independently while also collaborating with colleagues on larger and more complex matters.
Our Corporate team is a dedicated corporate practice and works closely with colleagues across our Commercial, IP, Litigation, Real Estate and HR teams. This structure allows us to provide a full-service offering to our clients while maintaining a strong focus on high-quality corporate work.
Your work is likely to include advising on matters such as:
You will work closely with investors, founders, boards, senior leadership teams and in-house legal teams, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice that helps clients navigate complex transactions and achieve their strategic objectives.
