What we are looking for?

We are looking for a Lead Cloud Operations & SRE Engineer to lead initiatives of reliability, automation, and operation of cloud platforms in high-criticality environments. The selected person will act as the technical reference of the area, promoting the evolution of the infrastructure, continuous improvement, and good SRE practices.

What You Will Do

• Define the technical vision and best practices of the Cloud Operations & SRE area.
• Lead initiatives of automation, resilience, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Supervise the management of critical incidents and coordinate response and improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Support teams to ensure platform quality.
• Promote the adoption of DevOps/SRE processes and tools.
• Provide support to the development community in aspects related to CI/CD, platforms, and cloud operation.

Your Profile

• Experience in AWS environments and enterprise cloud architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of:
  • AWS Landing Zone, Organizations, SCPs, and Direct Connect
  • EKS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
  • Tools like Jenkins, Git, ServiceNow, and Jira
• Experience in technical leadership of SRE or Cloud Operations teams.
• Knowledge of automation, observability, and high-impact incident management.
• Ability to define platform strategies aligned with business objectives.
