Focus to advocate and promote cloud engineering standards, cloud patterns and enterprise cloud services to accelerate the adoption of cloud across client. Ensuring Success in Cloud!
Partner with other Client Leaders to build and evolve consistent practices and standards for the specialized skills and expertise of the CoE members.
Providing technical architecture for multiple complex projects
Identifying integration patterns and points between design areas across the stack (UI, security, database, etc.)
Identifying and championing the creation and use of common services and components
Making authoritative recommendations for technical issues, standards, and strategies
Anticipating the applicability of major industry trends in the Client environment and implementing plans
Providing leadership to Proofs of Concept (POCs) for assessment of technical and business benefit
As a technology leader, you will effectively mentor and motivate the team to continuously upskill and build high quality cloud engineering capability.
As an integral member of the team, participates in all agile events such as daily meetings, team demos and retrospectives.
Extract & share findings from failures
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
15+ years of technology experience, preferably in software development, architecture, or data analysis.
3+ years of experience as an architect desired.
Extensive experience with 2 or more programming languages (Java, Python, Go, JavaScript etc.)
Professional certification in AWS/Azure/Kubernetes areas will be a plus
Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
Ability to work closely with Product/Application teams, peer architects, and partner organizations in technology evaluation, selection, recommendation, and configuration.
Knowledge of APIs, UIs, infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.
Thought leadership in recommending strategic technology options and technology product strategy
Strong exposure & worked in Application & Database migrations from On-Prem to public cloud.
Knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes
Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
Excellent presentation, documentation, communication and influencing skills, as well as skills for influencing technology direction in business context.
A track record of critical problem solving and advanced technical troubleshooting to drive resolution to technical issues.
