Graphic Designer (English/Spanish)

Are you a design expert with a keen eye for brand consistency and high-impact visual communication?Join our global team at arrivia as a Bilingual Graphic Designer, where you will play a key role in bringing our marketing initiatives to life.We need acreative professional who excels at both high-level execution and detailed production.Whether it's web merchandising and email or Point of Sale and marketing collateral, you will adapt and deliver assets that inspire discovery.

Working closely with cross-functional partners, you'll ensure our brand remains cohesive and compelling for a worldwide audience.

As our Graphic Designer, you will be a key player in translating business goals into effective design solutions across our global regions. You'll support a massive range of channels including email, web merchandising, social media, direct mail, and Point of Sale materials. This role requires a designer who is not only creative and technically precise but also a confident communicator in both English and Spanish.

What You'll Do:

  • Create & Execute: Develop stunning design solutions across digital, web, and print formats based on creative direction.
  • Scale Master Concepts: Take a campaign "hero" image and adapt it into dozens of variations, layouts, and sizes without losing an ounce of brand integrity.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with Marketing stakeholders and internal creative teams across different time zones to interpret briefs and refine designs.
  • Production Excellence: Manage the technical side- resizing, reformatting, and versioning assets with excellent organization.
  • Quality Control: Perform meticulous reviews to ensure every asset is tech-ready, brand-compliant, and pixel-perfect before delivery.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with external partners to ensure production specs (bleeds, color formats, etc.) are spot-on for print and digital.

Requirements:

  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish. You must be comfortable participating in meetings, interpreting creative briefs, and collaborating with stakeholders in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional design experience (in-house or agency experience is a huge plus).
  • A strong showcase of multi-format campaigns and production-heavy design work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a PC-based workflow.
  • While this is a remote-friendly position, you must be based in Mexico City or the Metropolitan Area. You may be requested to come into our local office in Colonia del Valle, CDMX, for specific meetings or team collaboration.
  • Experience with Figma or motion design (Adobe After Effects) preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (Adobe Firefly, Gemini, ChatGPT) to boost design efficiency is a huge plus.
