Production Support Lead

Location: Raleigh, NC (Remote)
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica-based ETL and data integration solutions
Monitor Informatica workflows, sessions, and mappings to ensure successful data loads and timely processing
Analyze and resolve job failures, data issues, performance degradations, and SLA breaches
Support incident, problem, and change management processes related to data pipelines
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document fixes and preventive actions
Coordinate with business analysts, data engineers, and application teams to understand data issues and operational requirements
Assist with deployments, configuration changes, and environment promotion (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)
Validate data loads through reconciliation, data quality checks, and log analysis
Support post-deployment verification and ongoing application maintenance
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support checklists
Provide on-call or after-hours support as required for critical data processes
Experience with SQL for data analysis and issue investigation
Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and scheduling tools
Understanding of data warehouses, batch processing, and file-based integrations
