Accountabilities:- Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of global marketing events, including trade shows, field events, and hybrid experiences aligned with demand generation and brand objectives.
- Manage the full events lifecycle, including pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and business impact.
- Own event budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking, ensuring cost efficiency while optimizing ROI across all programs.
- Define, track, and report key event performance metrics such as cost per lead, pipeline contribution, and account engagement, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, consistent messaging, and strong attendance outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support high-quality global event execution.
- Provide occasional onsite event leadership and support to ensure flawless delivery of major global events.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in marketing events, field marketing, or project management, with a strong record of delivering large-scale programs.
- At least 2+ years of experience working on security industry or technology-related events is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage global, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting costs, and analyzing event ROI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
