About the Role

SharePoint Developer

The SharePoint Developer role, which reports to the Senior Manager, Collaboration, is responsible for SharePoint Online activities related to supporting users day-to-day on multiple business critical applications which were developed in SharePoint. Enhancing existing custom SharePoint workflows, code and forms using best practices will be required as part of the support activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and enhancing existing SharePoint Online solutions, including Power Automate, Power Apps, REACT, jQuery and other custom solutions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving reported issues in SharePoint Online, including issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate, REACT and jQuery
  • Modifying, executing, and scheduling PowerShell scripts
  • Working in a timely manner, able to fulfil tickets quickly and in order of priority
  • Providing excellent customer service to end users in a timely manner
  • Working on support tickets through ServiceNow, adhering to strict timelines
