  • Document service activities, findings, and solutions in a clear and timely manner
  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams (engineering, product support, customer service) to share insights and improve system performance
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of technical documentation, training materials, and service manuals

What you'll Bring

  • Electrically qualified professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems, backed by a strong electromechanical background
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Skilled in the use of mechanical and electrical hand tools; able to read technical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, automation, and/or packaging technology is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working independently, managing your own time and tasks with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with reporting tools or service software is a bonus
  • Fluent in English and Czech (spoken and written)
  • Based in or near the Cheb region
