About the Role

Director of Quality

Psychiatric & Substance Use Disorder Facility

Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (with on-call leadership responsibilities)

Pay Range: $ 85k-$115k

What You'll Do

As the Director of Quality, you will oversee the quality and compliance programs that ensure exceptional patient outcomes and regulatory excellence. You will:

  • Lead facility-wide quality improvement initiatives and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting body standards.
  • Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data on clinical outcomes, patient safety, and service quality.
  • Collaborate with nursing, medical, and administrative leadership to implement best practices.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee risk management, incident reporting, and corrective action planning.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred;
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality, compliance, or performance improvement (behavioral health experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, and state behavioral health regulations.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
