Clinical Nurse Educator (RN) – Full Time, Days

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: $116,438- – $174,636

What You'll Do
- Design, coordinate, and deliver clinical education programs for nursing and interprofessional teams
- Lead department-specific orientation for new caregivers
- Assess learning needs and implement evidence-based education strategies
- Evaluate competencies and develop targeted plans to support caregiver growth
- Partner with leaders to develop standardized guidelines, protocols, and training programs
- Serve as a clinical resource and role model for nursing practice and equipment use
- Analyze quality indicators and caregiver engagement to measure education effectiveness
- Ensure accurate documentation of training and competencies in learning systems
What You Bring
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) Washington or MSL
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- Minimum 3 years of education, precepting, or similar experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire
- Strong communication, facilitation, and learner engagement skills
- Experience designing and implementing education using adult learning principles
