  • Annual Salary Range: $116,438- – $174,636

What You'll Do

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver clinical education programs for nursing and interprofessional teams
  • Lead department-specific orientation for new caregivers
  • Assess learning needs and implement evidence-based education strategies
  • Evaluate competencies and develop targeted plans to support caregiver growth
  • Partner with leaders to develop standardized guidelines, protocols, and training programs
  • Serve as a clinical resource and role model for nursing practice and equipment use
  • Analyze quality indicators and caregiver engagement to measure education effectiveness
  • Ensure accurate documentation of training and competencies in learning systems

What You Bring

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) Washington or MSL
  • Minimum 3 years of RN experience
  • Minimum 3 years of education, precepting, or similar experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and learner engagement skills
  • Experience designing and implementing education using adult learning principles
