The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. They provide on-site technical support, conduct preventive maintenance, and deliver a high level of customer service to clinical and research laboratories.
This position reports to the Field Service Manager and is part of the Field Service team located in Concord, NH and will be working remotely to cover the New England territory.

The hourly range for this role is $35.00-38.00 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
