You will lead and grow a distributed team of quality and test automation engineers, driving strategy across test automation, performance testing, and CI/CD-integrated quality practices. You will partner closely with product, development, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle and ensure robust pre-release coverage. Accountabilities:- Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of QA engineers, SDETs, and automation engineers supporting cloud-native microservices and web-based applications
- Define and execute the overall test automation strategy across unit, integration, API, UI, and contract testing layers
- Drive the development and maintenance of scalable automated test frameworks and regression suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines
- Establish and promote quality engineering best practices across product, engineering, and DevOps teams
- Own performance, load, and stress testing initiatives to ensure platform scalability and reliability under production conditions
- Improve and optimize testing processes within agile delivery cycles to accelerate release velocity without compromising quality
- Define, track, and report quality metrics and KPIs to provide visibility into release readiness and product health
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong alignment between customer use cases and test coverage
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing, including experience with scalable microservices and cloud-based architectures
- 3+ years of experience managing and leading quality engineering or test automation teams in enterprise environments
- Strong technical proficiency in C#, SQL, Angular, and cloud-based systems
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured, Pact, JMeter, and Azure Load Testing tools
- Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies including regression, performance, load, security, and API testing
- Strong ability to define and communicate quality metrics and drive data-informed decision-making
- Experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, XRay, or equivalent platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience in healthcare technology or regulated environments is a plus
