Comprised of experienced, hands-on professionals that are results-oriented and data-driven, the market leading BRG Retail Performance Improvement practice collaborates as partners with management teams to identify and implement operational improvements that maximize value for stakeholders. Furthermore, the practice has deep operational experience to deliver interim management to companies in need of C-Suite level experience and targeted surge resources to ease the pressure on management teams.
The BRG RPI team is part of a larger Corporate Finance practice that has in-depth experience across a wide range of industries and markets, including but not limited to retail, consumer products, financial services, healthcare, energy and technology. The BRG Retail Performance Improvement practice is seeking to add professionals due to client demand and market opportunities. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a team-oriented environment on a diverse range of retail performance improvement assignments. Articulating findings and recommendations around the key financial, business issues, and value drivers are critical components for this position. Our team solves critical operational challenges for our clients across the following areas:

This role will require travel to client sites ~80% of the time, with the remaining 20% being a combination of remote work and/or work from a BRG office.
Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship now or in the future.
The salary range for this position considers a wide range of factors that are evaluated in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skills, experience, education, certifications, and the business needs of BRG.The disclosed range has not been adjusted for any geographic differentials that may apply based on where the position is filled.At BRG, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specific facts and circumstances of each case, and the final offer may vary from the listed range based on these considerations.A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $90,000–$160,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the terms and conditions governing the program. Any award under the program is not guaranteed and is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to individual and overall organizational performance.
